For more than 25 years, I’ve been helping organizations grow from promising ideas to lasting impact. As the former Executive Director of Connected Lane County, I helped transform a start-up into a powerhouse for youth opportunity, building partnerships, systems, and programs that now reach across the region.

That experience shaped how I work today: combining big-picture vision with practical strategy, always grounded in collaboration and clarity. I know firsthand that a strong operational backbone allows creativity and innovation to thrive.

Today, I partner with nonprofit leaders, community organizations, and collaborative initiatives to strengthen their foundations and set them up for long-term success.

Every engagement begins with listening - understanding where your organization is and what’s standing in the way of progress. From there, we co-create a plan that fits your culture and capacity, balancing clarity with flexibility so change can stick.

Juniper Co. is supported by a network of trusted collaborators – experts in communications, finance, human resources, legal support, organizational strategy, community engagement, and resource development – who join projects as needed to provide specialized support.
